They automatically go into a sleep mode while in the case. You generally hear a beep as soon as you take them out to let you know they are on. Must be out of case to hear anything or pair them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Clean little gold colored circle on the ear bud, both have them. They are magnetic to the case so make sure to put them in the right spot for left and right. I put them in wrong all the time ans have to switch.
