“Have NOT been successful in counting steps daily. I am 80 yrs. old and bought this watch because of it's capabilities. Need help in correct set-up. Followed manual instructions; even exchanged watch.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good luck with that. Unfortunately it is the functionality of the watch. It just do not do a good job with counting steps. If you have a Samsung phone you would be better off using that or purchasing another brand of tracker.
