This is not a CDMA compatible phone. It says it is on the website and the representative we chatted with also said it was. My wife just picked it up and had to return because it clearly says on the box that it is not.

If you wish to change phones, you have to get a tracfone, preferably a net10 phone. You see the imei has to be in their database as one of their own phones, so their locked sims card can only be programmed to their own phones.
