best to buy a telcel or movistar. you will not get all the correct lte bands in mexico. But if you don't mind 3g and 3g+, then yes it will work. Keep in mind often American phones come with locked bootloaders and what not. You are better off with a mexican phone. And most important with these cheap phones, you will have a warranty!!!
