CAN THIS PHONE BE USED ON THE ATT NETWORK null

AT&Ts network does not work well with the Galaxy J3 or unlocked phones. AT&T has a long range plan to upgrade the network but more than 2yrs is too long to wait for the upgrade. The phone works well in central nj and southern nj. Im planning to migrate to another carrier
