• Yes. Its a GSM phone and compatible to many countries with GSM platform. Can't work on CDMA applic for like Verizon & other AT&T regional application or other service provider that are using non GSM network. Its clearly shown on J3 feature specs including many other Quad Band cellphone handset (ie: BLUE; Moto & etc.). Store staff should have known these compatibility issues.
