The phone was 99.99 galaxy j3 touch. sim card comes in box. You may have to physically transfer numbers from old phone to new one. I did not have to. because my mom was a consumer cellular user already. I just took old sim card out an put into new an everything was on new phone. And you will get to keep old phone number.
