Is this phone dual sim and will it work with att? null

Not dual sim, that I know of. Mine only works with Total wireless, and the related companies they are affiliated with. No ATT as far as I know. But this J3 is an outstanding Phone. I bought 3 for my lines. Phone works great. No problems at all. And Total Wireless personnel are really top notch. Verizon has a lot to learn from them. Left Verizon after 8 years. So very glad.
