QuestionMy current Samsung SGH-S150G will no longer work after December 31, 2019. I just learned about this BUT not from Tracfone. Does this phone support "VOLTE" and "GSM 4G LTE" so that I can continue getting TracFone service after that date?

- Answer My husband's Tracfone had the same issue. I had previously bought a Tracfone OrbitJ3 at Best Buy for me. I just bought one for him also. No problems.

QuestionDoes the J3 Orbit have a notification light? I have read that the one from 2016 does not. I have no idea which year this one was released or if it has the light. I need the light! Thanks.

- Answer I have the samsung j3 orbit. It does show Volte in the "about phone" section. There is no notification light.

- Answer Make sure you call tracfone before you buy. When upgrading most times you lose triple minutes benefit.

- Answer Some of the newer phones don't give triple minutes anymore. Call tracfone to make sure.

- Answer You must call tracfone and talk to one of the reps. Usually you lose the triple minute benefits.
