QuestionHi, I would like to get a phone for my 9 year old son. The problem is I don't want him to have access to the internet and I want to have control over his contacts so that he can only receive and send out calls and messages to contacts that I approve of.

- Answer you have to go on settings and adjust these features. you have to periodically check his phone for the contacts, i dont think you can control the contacts on any phone, unless you add or delete them manually.

QuestionI’m looking for a pre-paid phone option for my kid. When he outgrows the prepaid phone option can we transfer the phone # to my current cell phone carrier? Also, no data on pre-paids, right? It’s cellular service and wi-if only?

QuestionTracFone rep confirmed to me that based on the IMEI number for this phone (uses a Best Buy unique model number), this is a CDMA phone that uses the Version wireless network so it appears there is misinformation on the BB site (I.e., not GSM (AT&T))

QuestionThe specs say wifi hotspot capability. All my tracfones that I have now (4) do not and Tracfone used to not allow this. So, is this feature true? Another question, does it have OTG enabled?

- Answer not always. sometimes you lose the triple minutes. call tracfone and speak to an agent so they can help you .

- Answer I purchased this phone because a user mistakenly said it would make calls over wifi and the specs said "Network GSM" but the phone itself says "CDMA" which makes it worthless to me.
