QuestionI have a Samsung GalaxyJ3 Orbit. The phone works mostly but I don't get weather and can't send or receive pictures. I am having a hard time understanding how things work. thanks

- Answer If you can't send or receive pictures, then you probably have a problem with TracFone (or whatever service provider you are using). To send and receive MMS (multimedia like pictures), you need to have data and your phone needs to be properly recognized by the network. Had trouble with one of the Samsung A10E that was resolved by contacting TracFone customer service. I recommend using the online chat on a laptop, or to call from another phone, because you will likely need to adjust settings and reset the phone to resolve the issue.

- Answer Yes, it is VoLTE capable. Just go under Specifications > Network > Data Transmission Type and you'll see VoLTE in that list.
