• yes you can purchase a prepaid card, which is what I have..

• The only way you get triple minutes is if you have a working phone with triple minutes and Tracfone makes you upgrade the phone because of incompatibility with the new network after December 31, 2019. Your existing contract will transfer over.

• You can just purchase a talk, text, and data card; I did. I have not been seeing the triple minutes feature in my last few card purchases.
