“Bestbuy's detailed specifications say that this phone does NOT have hotspot capabilities. Does anybody know if this is true or false? Has anybody successfully used this phone as a hotspot?”

This is true the phone does not have the hotspot capabilities....I was very pleased with the overall performance of the phone
