Keep Trying. They will let you upgrade at one time. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes they will. They let me out of mine as a courtesy. I then went with the Next Plan!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Theoretically, AT&T should have asked you to pay off those 2 weeks of your contract, so you could get a new phone. Try a different store or talk to a supervisor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes AT&T only allows upgrades to a new 2 year plan when your old one expires. You will have to either do AT&T Next or pay outright. Both if these payment options obligates you for $830 for a locked AT&T phone. A bad deal at best. I suggest you wait till November 1st and renew your two year contract.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy basically does the upgrade through AT&T. They will check for your upgrade date and tell you that you have to wait 2 weeks just like AT&T did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was in the exact same position as you and I was told by both Best Buy sales reps and AT&T that only AT&T reps have the ability to override the upgrade eligibility. AT&T will often have a rep available in the stores but, I was told it is very hit and miss on when they are there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Att will not allow them to do it since they are trying to get everyone off the 2yr plans and into the next programs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best buy wouldn't let me upgrade early, you do really have to wait until November 1st to upgrade, sorry!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2 year contract is with AT&T, not Best Buy. I really doubt they would have the ability change the terms of the contract. I would recommend buying your new devices in the future with the Next program through AT&T or purchase devices outright without a contract. This will allow upgrade flexibility with any and all device purchases in the future.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Regrettably, no -- if you are not eligible for an upgrade in AT&T's database, then you would not be eligible to purchase a Galaxy Note 4 at upgrade pricing through Best Buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
