The Note 10+ is not totally free. You get the $950 credit towards the second Note 10+ then you have to cover the difference. ($100 depending on which models you get)

I had a 4th line for nothing. So actually the phone wasn't free. By the time I paid the extra phone line charge and nickel and diming you to death it was the price of the phone.....that I didn't need. But if you need another line, it's a great deal. Sprint (which won't work for me - I go to the boonies with scouting and horses) has the best deal....1/2 off. WHich is the same as bogo, except no additional line. too bad ATT didn't do that.
