“When the Note 10+ 5g was announce they said it will 3 choices 256 512 and 1TB But all I'm seeing available here in the United States is either 256g or the 512g so what happen to the 1Tb version with a sd card up to another 1TB? So it's a 2TB together.”

What the Samsung rep said at Best Buy is that the 1 Terabyte internal hard drive version isn't available yet. They don't have a release date yet. What they believe Samsung is waiting for is to see which models sell the most. If more of the 512s are sold they will bring the 1 Terabyte to market quicker.
