Yes you can! I brought the samsung note10 plus UNlock at the counter an ship it off to my brother for his birthday. Had to pay an extra 28 buck for next day air but it was worth it because it arrived at his door step that mid morning before his wife got out of bed! He told me he actived the phone the next coming morning on his mistress t-mobile account. Bottom line! It works!!!
