A:AnswerIt depends, if US Cellular has a SIM card and if you want to keep your same phone number. 3 or 4 yrs ago my local US Cellular office did not have the option, I travel and service was terrible away from my small town. I wanted to be able to switch if needed and keep my current, new, unlocked phone. I went with one of the big companies. Service was so very much better. I'd suggest contacting your local US Cellular office and ask them if they offer the card to insert in an unlocked phone & if you can keep the same number. Always ask about keeping the phone number, if that is important to you. Can also check with other retailers like Best Buy and Walmart. Best Buy is usually the most informative and your best bet. I hope this helps.
A:AnswerThere is a version of the phone that yo can buy that has 5G, but 5G isn't really that useful right now. So if you are someone who changes their phone often I would spend extra money on a 5G phone right now. If you plan on keeping it for years than I guess you can get the 5G.
