Keep in mind that the LED notification options for this phone are NOT "Persistent". In other words, you can get a notification in various ways but the notification goes away after a set period of time. Previous phones, such as the Note 8 and 9 have "Persistent" LED notifications. This means that the LED notification will remain for days until you view/dismiss the notification. Not so with the Note 10 and 20 as well as the S20 series. This is the only thing holding me back from getting this phone. I have become dependent on the LED notification as I want to be able to glance at my phone without touching it unless there is a notification. I have the Note 8 and get customizable colors for different notifications. Currently blue for email, red for text, yellow for Gmail, and orange for missed calls. You won't get any of that with Note 20. There are 3rd party apps that will allow some of this functionality but none of them will give you "Persistent" notifications currently.

Here is a guide, it's for the S20, but the procedure is exactly the same for the Note 20 series https://www.phonearena.com/news/samsung-galaxy-s20-ultra-notification-light_id122379
