• A:Answer Samsung ditched 3.5 mm jack like many other phones one because its old technology. The other reason is that its harder to waterproof with adding that jack to the phone. If you are a die hard fan of wired head phones, you can get the usb C version. You can also buy and usb c to 3.5 mm jack adaptor.

• A:Answer From my understanding that is correct the standard Note 20 Does Not Accept SD Card However, the Ultra Note 20 DOES Accept the SD-Card in Either the 128gb or the 512gb Hope this helps
