From my understanding that is correct the standard Note 20 Does Not Accept SD Card
However, the Ultra Note 20 DOES Accept the SD-Card in Either the 128gb or the 512gb

This is inaccurate, Only the Note20 Ultra has the expansion SD slot. The standard Note20 does not.

I'm not sure why some are saying only the Ultra can be upgraded to memory, but just about all Samsung phones (including this one as it says in the "overview" if you read it) have space for an SD Card memory upgrade. All of the S20 and Note20 models (ultra or not) can have an SD Card up to 1 TB in size added as well as the Galaxy A71 (which I just purchased and added memory and it's not an Ultra model).

it states in the fine print only the note ultra 5g model can be expanded with up to a 1tb micro card

The Ultra version includes an SD slot, the non-Ultra version does not.
