• Ni,not to knowledge we need the Samsung pay,cause some of do not carry our card so with the Samsung pay we'Lloyd have our card just with a touch.Yes you can

• The block by Verizon has been lifted and Samsung pay is now enabled on this device. Not sure about the charger.

• They aren't blocking it to my knowledge, and yes you can get the charger with a 2 year contract.
