They were great with my family and went beyond the call of duty. Insist with Best Buy to contact Sprint,they will usually honor the agreement in order to keep your business and sometimes they even improve it. We got our phones for free purchased and we pay a small amount a month for it plus a Virtual Reality Gear free with each phone (4).
