• 64 is standard, but expandable, I put a giant memory card in though and it works fine

• I think 64gb is standard, I haven't heard of any other sizes, the phone does come with expandable memory up to 256gb I think. Either way you can't go wrong with this phone it's one of the best phones I have owned.
