I went to Bestbuy, as I have ATT... the amount is different per carrier and does NOT apply to the UNLOCKED version (from what I understand). ATT's amount was $100. (Target is offering $150, but not offering the unlocked version.) So each carrier is offering a different amount. That's why the "up to" $150. Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong.
