“I'm planning on buying a Note 8 Unlocked. With the SIM card, do I have to buy that from the Carrier(Sprint) when I have it activated to do they provide that free of charge? Can I use the SIM(Sprint) that's in my S7 Edge?”

Not sure what you mean. But here's some answers. If you aren't activating a NEW line then you can use the same sim card in your Galaxy S7 edge as long as it's the same size (which it is). But if you want to activate new service line then you will most likely end up paying for the activation/sim card. You cannot reuse an old sim card to activate new service line.

I just moved the SIM card from my S7 Edge and it works just fine.

If your planning to buy an unlocked note 8, you dont have to activate it, just transfer your old sprint sim card from your s7 edge to the unlocked note 8, just plug and play
