“Did your phone come shrink wrapped? I just got mine in orchid grey and it didn't have any shrink wrapping. I think it was either returned or worse. There were fingerprints all over the phone. Although the plastic covers were still on. Still concerned”

My Note 8 did not come "shrink wrapped" but did come with a factory seal on both ends of the box. The phone did have the plastic peel off protectors but no finger prints. If you bought it from Best Buy there should be a 14 day return/exchange period if you really believe it was returned. Good luck.
