Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've always done my upgrades at the BB store through Sprint as well. Always receiving the gift card right then. I'm assuming that you did your upgrade online. I would just call them to verify. Things seem to get lost in the shuffle sometimes doing transactions online. Good luck!
