It shows on your Verizon bill. Best Buy can make any and all changes to your Verizon account.

Bestbuy gives the discount (as a device downpayment)and relays the sale to Verizon. Verizon will adjust your bill accordingly as a monthly device purchase and add the activation fee to you bill.
