The promotion is $300 off with no trade in. But you get charged full monthly rate and the carrier (Verizon in my case) credits me each month. So make sure you check on the early termination or upgrade rules since you'll need to stick it out for 24 months to receive the entire $300 off. I was told the promotion runs until 7/31 but the person seemed tentative with that answer.
