• DEF1, After you've activated your new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 bring your old device into a CORPORATE Verizon wireless store to trade it in. Make sure that you factory reset your device before you hand it over, and disable any locks that are enabled.

• Your trade in phone has to be paid off to be eligible for the trade in price. Go to vzw.com and type trade in in the search bar. Follow the instructions for trade in. I did this with two Note 4's and received $240 credit for each phone.
