That is done when you trade in certain models of phones on your Verizon account. You get a $480 credit... Split up over 24 months... $20 a month

The only way you can get it down to $12.50 a month with Verizon is if you have the S8, S8 plus, or iPhone 7 and you trade them in. But they have to be paid off to trade them in for the $12.75 a month price.
