I’m not sure about that. But I would try doing is restarting the phone and then try every downloading apps again. But I know there are some countries that you were not able to download app vudu in Canada ... But it like say if you were in the US and you had the app Vudu and then you went to Canada he tried to use Vudu it still wouldn’t work I hope this answers your questions
