If I buy unlocked, am I eligible to bundle promotion? null

I had called Samsung and asked the same thing, this offer is available by Samsung so no matter where you purchase it and if its locked/unlocked, you will receive the bundle as long as its purchased within the time frame..And I believe you have to purchase the phone by 9/24.....If you look at Best Buy's free offer guidelines, it does confirm what I said.
