• A:Answer My Note 8 did not come "shrink wrapped" but did come with a factory seal on both ends of the box. The phone did have the plastic peel off protectors but no finger prints. If you bought it from Best Buy there should be a 14 day return/exchange period if you really believe it was returned. Good luck.

As for when it might arrive, if it's in stock you can usually order online and pick-up the same day; for items not in stock, my experience has been that it takes about a week to arrive.
