As long as it's an Unlocked phone, any Sim card should operate as long as the sim card is active. I gave my son my Galaxy Note 8, I'm on AT&T he was Metro PCS and moved to Cricket and it worked. others that use sim cards have worked regardless of provider as well. Over seas check with provider, but it should work

yes! the unlock galaxy note 8 works with at&t sim card. factory unlock mobile phones are universal, they work in all the countries of the world as long your sim card is gsm. hope this help..
