“Some have mentioned the ability to call via wifi - " toggle Wifi calling on and off." - I thought this could be done on ALL phones - anything specific to unlocked phones? Look forward to reading replies/answers.”

I have an unlocked Note 8 using t-mobile network and works fine with wifi calling. Not sure if it will work with other network since I have not tried them.
