Your question appeared under questions for the Galaxy Note 8, but here goes. The only way I know to make payments on an unlocked phone is if you finance it with a Best Buy credit card if you qualify. See attached.

If you have a bestbuy credit card you can purchase the phone with 24 months or 12 months financing depending on the promotion. As of now the 34 month financing is still available.
