• The Note 9 comes with Bixby. But I downloaded Cortana - I like it better.

• Yes, it's called Bixby. Also there is a Google assistant

• Yes, it comes with Samsung's own "Bixby" with a dedicated button below the volume buttons. It also comes with Google Assistant which I prefer. Hope this helps. This is a great phone, you will be happy with it.
