Yes, it has different ways to transfer your information from one to another. Either by Samsung cloud or connecting both phones with a supply cable and adapter provide on your note 9. Be sure to use password and finger, facial recognition on your unlock note 9 in case if you loose your phone, since it can be used on any network.
