• it is a new term they use for refurbished phone. Meaning its been sent back to the factory and tested, restored back to original settings new case an resold at a lower price. Nothing wrong with the phone. All cell phone companies do this when you take a phone back that is broke or not working correctly and the replace it with a Renewed phone and most people think its a brand new one.
