I'm not sure about the trade in, you would have to ask in a Best Buy site. As far as the Galaxy skin and v-bucks, the v-bucks were only for preorders. You will be able to get the galaxy skin though. As far as the TV, once you order, it will be added to your order. I picked mine up when I picked up my phone.
