• Yeah you should be able to as long as you buy the AT&T or Unlocked model. I would recommend the AT&T version if you're certain you will stay with AT&T (your phone will have more features like VoLTE, WiFi Calling, etc).

• Yes, you can since the phone is unlocked. You just have to put your AT&T sim card in the phone.
