I’m pretty sure I’ve checked websites while on a call before, but I’m on Mint Mobile with this phone. No removable battery.

Yes, the Note 9 has the capability of being on a call and surfing the web at the same time. I do it all the time, researching while assisting clients and friends. However, it does not have a removable battery.
