Will this ring work with an Apple phone null

Currently the ring does not work with iOS, but Samsung Galaxy Ring 2 is rumored to work with Apple devices. It is a good thing because this first generation has serious battery degradation issues and the battery does not last more than 20 months on most rings purchased.
