A:AnswerI am currently with Verizon waiting for my 2 year contract to expire. When my husband I purchased these phones in October we didn't know who the provider was until we received the phones, we noticed they were AT&T phones. The two are not compatible because AT&T is on the GSM network and Verizon is on the CDMA network. We were planning to switch to AT&T anyway, so it worked in our favor. However, if you're planning to stay with Verizon this phone will not work. Im not sure if Best Buy sells this paticular phone model from various carriers, but you may want to call Best Buy's customer service to make sure before purchasing.
A:AnswerI can totally understand the need to be able to replace a battery, rickB. Yes, this phone does have a removable battery. I hope this was helpful.
A:AnswerAlthough all are unlocked, some are branded to AT&T, some to T-Mobile. All will work on any GSM network. If you want to use T-Mobile, get one that's branded to T-Mobile, because those have wi-fi calling capability selectable in wi-fi setup menu. Others lack that feature.
A:AnswerHey Eva,
I'd be happy to help you with this question. This particular phone has 16 gigabytes of internal memory. You can also add up to 64 gigabytes with the use of a microSD card. I hope this helps you, Eva, and have a great day.
