If bought at Best Buy you have 14 days to return. I prefer the S4, I would already be purchasing a protection plan for my phone so to get a phone that is resistant to particular things does not make sense.

Please try again later.the active is water and dust resistant the regular s4 is not the active is slightly larger and weighs more than the regular s4 the active has a conventional TFT display (more natural colors) the regular s4 uses Super Amoled ( more vibrant and saturated colors ) the two phones use difference cases for protection ATT's return policy is 14 days from date of purchase or date shipped if ordered online they charge a restocking fee up to $35
