Mine did. Was never a question. Overheard a comment -- so if you're really asking can you switch your existing SIM, I'd ask them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I purchased this phone at a BB store the sim card was already in the phone pre-installed in the package. In order to activate they just had to scan the barcode for the sim card on the side of the package. I imagine if this is shipped you just call the carrier and read them the barcode number on the package.

Please try again later.I renewed my verizon contract at best buy,no problems.Best Buy activated the phone,had the sim cards,Even transfered my contacts/pictures/ect. while i was there.Best Buy took care of everything-They are awsome too because the new phone was $100 less than anybody else in stores or online.They also price match other stores including Amazon(must be sold by amazon)

Once you power on the device with the SIM card installed, it will automatically activate. No need to dial a number to active it anymore
