“When will my phone be shipped Ordered this phone on Saturday. got an email Sunday that it was back-ordered I have no phone until i get this phone when will it be shipped.”

With one phone call you can transfer from phone to phone including you number. It not, check craigslist for a cheap flip phone that runs on your network, activate it until your new phone arrives, and then switch off the flip phone and activate your new phone. It's that simple.
