Yes, best Buy carries phones for all carriers and has this phone in stock in most stores. You can easily check local store stock by calling that store.

T-Mobile will not allow Best Buy to carry their phones in the store. No need to check on store availability, no T-Mobile phones are carried in any Best Buy stores. However, you can purchase T-Mobile phones and sign up for service in Best Buy stores. As long as you have not already maxed our your account with T-Mobile, you can add 2 lines. But, think about it. Do you REALLY want a Galaxy S III? It's just a cheap knock-off of the iPhone. You'll quickly become sorely disappointed in the Galaxy and beating yourself up for not buying an iphone instead. Why not save yourself the headache and just buy the iPhone?
